Job Description:
Shift and schedule
8 hour shift
10 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
MONDAY - FRIDAY

***Weekly Pay***

Description and Duties:

· Review staff agency daily attendance for accuracy

· Process Payroll through PayChex Flex

· Prepares staff agency weekly payroll cost reports for Admin/Accounting on a weekly basis

· Provide customer service for employees - on payroll related inquiries and requests.

· Reviews, researches and approves agency Payroll Action Request as needed

· Audit and approve weekly agency invoices.

· Assist with other job-related duties as needed.











Job Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:

· 1 year experience with Payroll or similar background preferred

Computer Skills:

o Strong computer skills required

o Excel and all Microsoft automation a must

Reasoning Ability:

· Must be able to interact with all levels of management

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Good organizational skills

· Knowledge of distribution center operations a plus

· PayChex Flex knowledge a plus

· Strong sense of teamwork

· Able to adhere to strict deadlines
