Job Description:
Responsible for assisting in presentation of educational opportunities, including but not limited to, AHA Courses, annual education, and clinical competencies. Also responsible for assisting in educational opportunities available to the community through Morris Hospital.










Job Requirements:
Professional/Educational
Current Illinois Registered Professional Nursing license with biennial renewal and/or certified/licensed in area of specialty

Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - (ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP are preferred) recommended.

Certified by AHA as an Instructor (optional)

Named as AHA Training Center Faculty (optional).

DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.

Personal
Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy.

Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability.

Possesses the ability to work under pressure.
